Services

Clearframe provides digital business systems for trades and home service businesses, including:

Website setup and design

Lead management and automated follow-ups

Booking calendars and appointment management

Customer review management

Ongoing monthly support and optional optimisations

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information, branding, and content

Respond promptly to requests for approvals or information

Maintain access to their domains, emails, and other accounts as needed

Payment

One-time setup fees: £497 / £997 / £1497

Monthly fees: £97 / £297 / £397

Services may be paused or suspended if payments are overdue

Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins

Service Delivery

Timelines are estimates; we aim to deliver promptly

Changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees

All services are delivered using secure digital systems

Intellectual Property

Clearframe retains ownership of templates, designs, and systems

Clients receive a license to use their delivered system for their business only

Reselling or sharing our system is not allowed

Limitation of Liability

Clearframe is not responsible for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or indirect damages

We cannot guarantee specific results; outcomes depend on client business operations

Clients are responsible for complying with laws and regulations

Data & Privacy

Clearframe collects and processes client information as outlined in our Privacy Policy

Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice

Outstanding fees remain payable

Client access to systems may be revoked upon termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom

Disputes will be handled in UK courts
